HEIDELBERG KURYLYS CEMENT LLP is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of construction crushed stone in Kazakhstan. Our company operates the Sartauskoye-8 deposit, located in the Mugalzhar district of the Aktobe region, just 5 km from the Mugalzhar railway station. The deposit is rich in diabase — a hard and durable rock that is perfectly suited for the needs of modern construction.
We have launched an entirely new, state-of-the-art crushing and screening plant.
The latest-generation equipment we use enables us to achieve high levels of quality and stone cubical shape — a critical factor in concrete production for large-scale industrial projects, including oil facilities, transport infrastructure, ports, interchanges, and airfields.
We recognize our responsibility to the region’s natural environment and local communities, which is why environmental safety is a top priority in the development of the deposit.
Our production site is equipped with dust suppression systems that minimize air emissions and help protect the surrounding ecosystem. All technological processes comply with environmental standards and are subject to regular monitoring and control.
Crushed stone is extracted using open-pit mining with controlled blasting operations, after which the material is processed using high-tech equipment to ensure consistent quality in every batch.
