Diabase crushed stone — the strongest rock in Kazakhstan
Diabase is an igneous rock that combines exceptional strength, frost durability and a low reactivity with cement. At the Sartauskoye-8 deposit in Mugalzhar district of Aktobe region we extract diabase with a strength grade of M1400, frost resistance F300 and Class I radiation safety.
The defining feature of our cubic-shaped crushed stone is grain flakiness ≤10%. In concrete production it saves up to 10% cement for the same strength grade; in asphalt mixes it provides better bonding with bitumen and a longer pavement service life. Most quarries in Kazakhstan crush limestone or gravel and achieve only M600–M1000 strength with flaky grains — the cubic-shaped diabase market is structurally undersupplied.
Manufacturer — Heidelberg Kurylys Cement LLP (BIN 170740033936), subsoil licence No. 53/2021 valid until 2031. Balance reserves exceed 20 million m³, securing uninterrupted supply for decades. A modern Sandvik crushing-screening line with capacity up to 200 t/h ensures consistent quality of every batch.
